The WYOJATC provides training for both IBEW Local 322 (Casper Area) and IBEW Local 415 (Cheyenne Area).  When applying to the program, you must decide which program area you want to be placed in, usually determined by your home address.  Please note, an apprentice is expected to be able to travel within the entire state to assist the contractor with jobs at various locations, if necessary.
INVESTMENT IN YOU! Our training contractors invest a minimum of $289,000 in wages and benefits to train each apprentice over the 4 years of the program.  The cost for an apprentice to attend our program is very inexpensive with an apprentice completing the program with little to no educational debit!  WAGES - Earn While You Learn.
All apprentices travel to our campus in Casper, Wyoming for the classroom-related training.  We provide a day school format where apprentices only come to Casper for 6 weeks of school per academic year.  This format has been a proven method to help apprentices focus during the week of class, network with fellow apprentices from around the State and improve curriculum retention.
