Ranking/Wait List Information
Updated On: Mar 05, 2025

Based on the interview, an applicant will receive an overall ranking score. Applicants will then be ranked on a list according to this final score. As new positions become available in the apprenticeship program, names will be taken off the list in the order that their name appears, starting with number one.

Applicant names may remain on this list for up to 2 years. If an applicant has not been selected within the 2-year period, they may reapply at the end of the 2-year period. However, an applicant may request to re-interview AFTER after 90 days and 450 hours of electrical construction experience. An applicant must call the WYOJATC to request a Re-interview Form.

If accepted into the program, an applicant may request credit for previous work experience at the time of indenturement. Proper documentation will be required. The Committee’s decision will be final.

Applicants can be indentured throughout the entire year to start acquiring the 8,000 hours of OJT.  Schooling is scheduled to start every fall and enrollment in the classroom-related training will be scheduled accordingly.
