Applicants who qualify for an oral interview will be notified of the interview date and time via the email on record with the WYOJATC.   Applicants will be interviewed by a Committee representing both NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) and the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). The Committee will consider such attributes as:

• Education
• Ability/Skills
• Work Experience
• Reliability
• Interest
• Attitude
• Judgment
• Cooperation

 Electrical construction experience is not required, but construction knowledge is helpful!
